Facilities For Hire

• The main gallery room is an impressive 19 metres x 9 metres providing more than enough space to mingle and sip wine, all whilst being surrounded by incredible fine art.
• A magnificent 6 metre locally made African mahogany table graces the middle of the gallery providing space for a fine dining experience for up to 20 people or for an enviable platter display.
• Three large linked projectors can transform the gallery into any theme you want. Whether it’s photos, videos or a huge array of mind blowing digital effects.
• Everything is at your fingertips including, wine glasses, platters, seating, 2 x 3 metre bars, eskies and large silver wine tubs.
• We can do as little or as much as you want. Feel free to just hire the space or let us take care of everything for you. We will set a budget with you and organise the event theme, food, alcohol, water and soft drinks, ice, bar staff and the clean-up.
• Artopia Gallery has an amazing wine deal with Happs Winery in Margaret River.  If you are looking to order wine for a function or even for your wedding, feel free to call us to discuss what we can do to make the whole wedding experience affordable and easy.

• Weddings bring all your family and friends together and time can quickly pass in a blur. If you would like to spend a private night with just your family, the gallery is the perfect place to hold an intimate dinner or just sip wine and enjoy some quiet time during the wonderful madness.
• Every bride wants a hens night! Be inspired by a live drawing class (with an attractive male model of course!) whilst drinking champagne or espresso martinis. The bridesmaids can decorate the gallery into whatever theme they want then let the fun begin!
